Since 1999, Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec have seduced the international world of design. These two designer brothers from the Brittany region have developed over the years a thoughtful, funny and poetic style. They are also the source of works produced by major European furniture brands such as Vitra, Kartell, Kreo, Ligne Roset and Cappellini. Discover in pictures their ten most significant achievements.

Paul Tahon and R & E Bouroullec is a module of decorative patterns imagined by the Bouroullec brothers for the French furniture brand Ligne Roset. Tahon & Bouroullec The Bouroullec brothers remain passionate about plant decoration. They develop for Flos, an elegant pendant lamp called which by its tangle of wires, produces a cheerful atmosphere in each space.

Studio Bouroullec Breton designers love to travel, especially to the south of Europe. They made by hand a series of wool rugs inspired by the creative techniques of Persian artisans. This exceptional piece by Nanimarquina multicolored is also known to be reversible.

The installation BMWi Quiet Motion


Tahon & Bouroullec This installation was specially designed for the BMWi firm at the Milan Furniture Fair 2013. The four circular cork platforms rotate on themselves, surrounded by fabric rectangles.

Combinatorial vases


Morgane Le Gall Simplicity can get complicated. In 1997, Ronan and Erwan Bourroulec developed combinatorial vases for the Italian publisher Cappellini. Thanks to the eight elements, more than 2000 combinations can be obtained wherever they are available.
